Limit poker's biggest sin

Played another shortish session as I had to quit as my concentration level wasn't quite there.

I realised this when I semi misclicked (I knew what I was clicking, but the instant I clicked it I realised I didn't mean to do it). I was lucky it was only on a $1/2 table and I may not have had the best hand, but most likely I did.

Anyways, this was one of the biggest sins you can commit in limit poker - folding the river in a decent pot for only one bet. What was worse, was I had actually rivered my gutshot for the nut straight (albeit the board was paired on the flop). I'm not sure what I was thinking to be honest - I don't think I realised until I actually clicked the fold button, that I actually had a straight. I still may have been behind, but for one bet to actually see it (and more likely I would have raised), this was a blatantly stupid fold.

At least it wasn't a huge pot, but 7BBs is a good 3-4 hours of normal play.

Anyways, since i'm missing stuff like that I figured it was time to quit whilst still up a few BBs.

Probably not too much poker this weekend, and I also have to fix up my injury riddled AFL DT team.

Current bankroll: $17,500
May time played: 4h30m
May profit/(loss): $100
