Played about an hour on Saturday, mainly on Cake, where I seemed to be getting rivered consistently. A quick check of my stats showed me going to showdown a slightly low 30% over 150 hands, and winning a fairly poor 30% of those showdowns.
However, it only resulted in me being down around 25BBs so not really that bad results wise, even though it was at $3/6 in the main.
Sunday morning I managed to get up early for my freeroll, and whilst that was running I had one or two other tables open between Cake, Bodog and Pacific.
After 80 hands of $1/2 on Cake i'd dropped 25BBs where I had a went to showdown at all of 10%, and of those i'd only won 30%. Talk about card dead.
Then at $3/6 on Pacific I dropped another 40BBs where I again managed to showdown 30% of the time, and only won 10% of those. One huge muppet on the table was up 100BBs and every single time he seemed to jag between a two and five outer on either the turn or river. Sickening.
Overally a bit of a nasty little hit to the bankroll, but as i've noticed recently it does happen fairly regularly and all you can do is sit back down, find a great seat on a juicy table, and start grinding it back up again.
The freeroll was a little interesting. About 800 runners for a 10k euro prize pool, however, i'd say at least a third of those runners were sitting out. I seemed to be fairly unlucky with my seat position with a bunch of the sitouts being on my right so I wasn't getting many free chips. I lasted a fair way into the tournament without hitting too many decent hands - although in fact I had AA twice, but both times they were folded to my 3x BB bet.
I found myself with about 9,000 chips in the big blind with blinds at 500/1,000 and an ante of 100 looking at Q9o. I figured at this stage of the tournament with my stack it is basically push or fold, however, on this particular hand there was one min raiser in middle position which gave me about 4.5:1 on a call which I decided to take.
Flop was KK8 giving me absolutely nothing, so I checked. Villain then checked behind, so I was wondering if he'd either flopped a monster, or whiffed completely. Turn was a J, which at least gave me a gutshot, so I checked again, and he checked behind again. Odd. River hit my gutshot with a T, although also would have hit AQ. I decided with my relatively small chip stack it was worth a gamble to just stick it all in here. He had me covered by about 6,000 chips and snap called to show KJ and a turned boat knocking me out of the tourney. Maybe I should have picked the slow play? Dunno. Anyways that was in position 100ish with top 70 being paid. A disappointing 3 hours of effort.

Another downswing
Bodog is continuing to beat the crap out of me.
After a solid session on Saturday where I made a few BBs at $1/2 and $4/8 on Bodog, and a few BBs on Pacific after I finally bit the bullet and purchased the handgrabber their. Not sure if it was the right decision as the play was a fair bit tighter than I remember. Nonetheless, my deal on Pacific isn't too bad, and there were still fish to be found. All up profits from my two hour session paid for the hand grabber.
Sunday I put in two hours playing mostly $4/8 on Bodog, as well as a couple $1/2 tables, and my affiliate freeroll on Cake. I was doing okay in the freeroll at about 30th with 60 players left and about an average stack. Then I decided to call a 3BB raise from the Big blind with KQs. Flop KQ3r, and I check/raise a pot sized bet. I get three bet for him to be all in, and then um and ah before calling hoping to see AK .... KK is flipped over and i'm virtually drawing dead and crippled. Next hand I get KJs UTG and decide to push for my last 6BBs. A6o calls me from UTG+1, flops an ace and i'm out in the space of two hands.
My Bodog session though turned out to be pretty terrible. I dropped 55BBs at $4/8 when one muppet managed to hit 2, 3, 4 and 5 outers on me consistently. I had hands that should have won quite a few showdowns, but ended up losing enough of them to make my session fairly horrible. At the same time I dropped 70BBs on the $1/2 table, where the fish continued to suck out left and right.
I did lose some discipline towards the end when the 65/25 fish on my right quit the $4/8 table and I continued to play for another half hour with a 43/17 player on my right. That is not quite fishy enough for my liking so I should have left immediately. I suspect its still profitable to play against that type, but my poor run continued and I dropped 10BBs in that last half hour.
So all of a sudden i'm down $600 for the weekend and it's not looking pretty. Had a bit of a recovery though when good ole Cake gave me back $50 and Pacific donated me $100 on the $2/4 and $3/6 tables within the space of half an hour.
Its been quite a while since i've had a super hot run, with the past couple months being filled with running to average or poorly most of the time. I'm sure one will come soon as this month is now looking a little sick! That being said, i'll continue to be on the look out for the fish and play my usual game.
Oh, and on the next site question, I may take up blindman's suggestion on Noiq, although i've potentially got the william hill first deposit to clear as well. Just waiting on RakeTheRake to get back to me on whether the bonus is deducted from MGR or rakeback or not deducted at all like previous WH bonuses.

Freeroll fun and games
Had an interesting battle to get into my Cake affiliate freeroll over the weekend.
The requirements for a ticket are to earn 500fpps. Problem with Cake is, that it doesn't actually show you how many fpps you have earned.
What it does show you though is that you require a certain number of FPPs to earn gold chips, and to earn 6 gold chips, you need to earn 505 FPPs for the month.
So .. in January I earned 6 gold chips, which means a minimum of 505 FPPs ... right? well apparently not ... i'd only earned 493.5FPPs. How this works, I have no idea, and didn't get a rational explanation.
However, I was provided with a ticket anyways, so big kudos to customer support.
So after my mini battle of emails just to get a ticket, I got up at 6.30am on Sunday morning in order to play the freeroll.
I started off pretty card dead, so must have looked pretty tight folding hand after hand. It wasn't until blinds were 25/50 that I had anything even semi playable so when it was folded to me in the CO with A7o, and with the BB sitting out, I put in a 3XBB raise .... or so I thought. Actually I had misclicked the slider up to 90% of my stack and to add to my horror, the button then came over the top all in for the rest of my chips. At this point i'm getting 20:1 on my money so it would be a mistake to fold practically anything, so I call and he flips over QQ. All is not lost, but its looking pretty grim.
Flop of 578 gives me a few more outs from my pair. Turn of a 9 doesn't help, however a river 6 puts a straight on the board, and we split the pot, so i'm not out due to a nasty misclick. Not much later I receive TT on the button and am facing a small raise by a very loose player in mid position, which I then reraise to kick out the blinds. Flop is 248r and he makes a largeish bet. I've seen him playing some pretty trashy hands earlier so after thinking for a few seconds I decide to just push all in. He snap calls for about 2/3 of his stack in total, and shows 64o ... Turn and river blank so I double up.
I then steal a few more blinds and have everyone fold to AJs in mid position and 99 in early position and suddenly i'm in the top 10, although only with 4,500 chips with blinds heading up to 300/600.
There's about 20 players left with the top 15 getting paid and i'm on the big blind with AJs. The action is folded to the cutoff who has a shortish stack of 2,500 chips and he pushes all in. I um and ah for a bit here. If he's on a pocket pair under 10 i've got a fair chance of doubling up. I'm not sure I'd push with a weak A here but this guy had been a bit loose earlier on. I end up deciding to call as doubling up would actually have put me in the top 4 and given me a shot at the tourney. Disappointed when he turns over AQo - I guess I should have known.
I end up basically folding into 15th and the hand after the bubble bursts i'm looking at A2s UTG and push for my 3BBs. Get one caller in the BB with QJo who picks up his Q on the flop and i'm out .. but still made $100 for my efforts. Since I could easily have been knocked out earlier i'm satisfied with the result - although somewhat regretting my AJ call. That being said, almost everyone was relatively shortstacked to the blinds at that point so I could easily have gone out in the same position anyways.
For the entire weekend I actually got in about 3 hours of play, and mainly through Cake and Bodog I ended up around $300 for my time, which is a significant improvement over the rest of the month. Hopefully it continues.

Freeroll fail
As planned fired up my freeroll, which ended up having about 80 runners for $5k prizemoney. Interesting at least 20 of them would have been sitting out, so with the top 15 being paid I figured I had a fair chance of making the money.
First hand I find myself with 44 in the CO, and its folded to me, with only one real player to come after me with two others sitting out, I make a small 3BB raise which surprisingly gets called by the only player. Flop is 10 high, so I make a half pot cbet, which gets called, turn check check, river check check and he shows 77. So after one hand i'm behind the guys who havent even bothered to turn up.
After that I get nothing ... absolutely nothing for then next 30 hands, and only manage to survive by stealing a blind every orbit with complete trash, and for some reason nobody ever plays back at me. The structure seemed pretty quick as the blinds were up to 100/200 after only 40 minutes. At 100/200 though I find myself down to only 6BBs, and decide to push with 88 UTG. I get one caller from the CO who has me covered by about 300 chips, and he flips over A9o. WTF? And of course an A flops, and my gutshot or 8 misses on the river. gg.
Played a few cash tables at the same time, and Bodog continues to mess with my head. On the other hand the Cake tables were at least slightly more generous, and I ended up about 20 BBs on the $3/6 tables but down about 15BBs on the $2/4 tables. At least I ran about even for the weekend, and finished off my monthly Interpoker bonus for a small profit.
I'm getting further away from playing $4/8 on Bodog, but a lot closer to making a withdrawal from Cake as I am still running hot there by the looks.
Its a slow month so far, but I should get in a few more hours later in the week. Hopefully I'll have a decent run.

Wbcoop final - The end
The third session started badly for me. Mainly with one hand where i've called an UTG+2 preflop raise in the Big Blind with KTs and flopped Kxx with xx being low semi connected suited cards, but not my suit.
He has then raised, and I repopped him, only to see him go all in without much thought. To call that would have completely crippled me. I was possibly in front, but with only 140ish players remaining and my aim for the top 100, I eventually crumbled and folded with my top pair, average kicker. Not sure if that one's the right decision, but it left me with about 7k chips and out of the top 100, and blinds reasonably high, say 250/500ish.
Great .. i'd halved my stack and was sitting out of the 100.
Got nothin much for a while except a couple blind steals. However, the guy on my right had stolen my blinds a few times, although he had also tangled with wouldbe almost every 3rd hand by the looks of it, who was sitting on his right.
I ended up taking a stand when it was folded to the SB when i'm on the BB looking at KJo. He shoved, which put me all in, and I snap called, only to see TT. Fortunately for me I won the race with a K on the flop, so was now comfortably back in the top 100 with the bubble getting ever closer.
From then on I was fairly card dead. I once had 55 in UTG+1, and the next hand in UTG I had 66. I folded both preflop as I really didnt want to see a raise behind me. Was a little irritating to see a 5 on the first flop and a 6 on the second one though ...
When the bubble burst I was still on around 6k chips but blinds were 500/1k. And not only did I have a couple aggressive players on my right, the tourney big stack was only one or two to my left, and was calling relatively often, with generally good cards.
To kick me out, I had the princely T8o when it was folded to me in the CO, which i've then tried to steal with for my 6BBs. Big stack called with ATo, and its good night for me. Maybe I should have been more patient and waited for a better spot ... but I didn't. 87th was okay though for the first attempt. Now i've just got to figure out what to do with a steps ticket. Is there anyone way to convert it to T$? I'd rather just play the double ups.
Wouldbe was kickin along okay at this stage, as he'd basically accumulated another 20k chips, so hopefully he came out okay.
Blindman was on the rail cheering us on, although he'd been knocked out a little earlier TPTK v trips. I saw Joppa was going okay at one stage, but didn't check again before I ran off to work.
Overall, the WBCOOP was an enjoyable experience, where i've learnt quite a lot as well as a few new games thanks to the 8game qualifier. I probably have to do a bit more reading on NL tournament strategy though, but since I only really play freerolls at NL or double ups, i'm in no rush.
Its definitely taught me though, that tourneys really aren't my game. I'm sure the concentration starts fading, and when i'd finished one of the qualifiers, I'd really had enough of poker for a bit, and even though I could have played cash afterwards, I didnt bother until the next day.

One freeroll I placed near the bottom of the money for a huge $12, and in the other I received a horrible beat (one of those 2 outer jobs) to go out in 16th when top 10 were paid. The bodog cash tables smashed me though, with a <30% W$SD. Overall my W$SD there has dropped below 48% again. FFS.

A few hands later I doubled up to about 6k when my KKTT held up in 7 card hi/lo for the high. From then on though, I got literally nothing, and didn't have any blind steal opportunities. Things were looking pretty dismal with about 2k chips and 77 players left. I think I was 2nd to bottom at one stage.
I ended up folding into 71st. Thanks go out to one muppet at our table decided to steal from the sb for about 4k chips from the table big stack in the big blind. SB turned over 9s4s. BB turned over KsQs ... K on the flop and he's out.

WBCOOP fail #1
First attempt at qualifying for the finals this morning didn't go great, although I guess I did give it a bit of a shake.
Got up at 5.15, but was able to concentrate okay. Actually had a speculative hand or two early, that just didn't pay off. A3s limped in 6 ways flopped my flush draw. Obviously missed by the river, although an A on the turn gave me a small hope.
About 3 other similar hands where I started with a strong holding and flopped either a draw or nothing lead me to being down to 1.3k chips from the starting 2.5k. I then managed to steal a few blinds or win pots with good cbets to get back to a bit above my starting stack.
At about the 40/80 level (somethin like that anyways) after an hour I even managed to luck box a double up with my 99 versus QQ with my 9 flopping sweetly. From there I kept my stack at about 5k for the next half hour, mainly through stealing blinds as I was pretty much card dead. Scored AA once, but still only got the blinds with a 3x raise.
When my stack was about 4.5k and the blinds 100/200 I found myself with AKo in middle position with one early limper. With the pot at about 800ish I decided to just shove from the HJ, as i'd stolen the previous two hands as well. The CO with about 2k behind him decided this was worth calling with K7s. The button with 3.5k behind him also thought his 66 was worth a call. With the flush hitting on the river, and me getting no help i'm then crippled on just under 1k chips. I guess my shove was a poor decision ...
I fold a bunch of hands then eventually find it folded to me in the CO with 54s. I decided to shove to try to steal blinds since I only had about 700 chips left. The sb calls me with JTo, and even though I flop the flush draw, I find myself out in about 250th of 500ish.
Oh well. There's always tomorrow in the 8game crapshoot.

I also had a couple $1/2 bodog tables open, and managed to find one of the best tables that i've ever played on. All three players to my right had a VPIP of 60+ and preflop aggression less than 10. The two on my left were tight passives - one so tight that he folded 100% of my blind steals ... although admittedly there weren't too many stealing opportunities with limpy mclimpster playing on my right.
It started horribly, and I was quickly down 40BBs as the limpers were eating me alive. One of them at one stage had a win rate of 60BB/100 over 70 hands. A good chunk of those wins were from my pocket. Slowly though it turned around, as they kept calling me down with crap and I pounded them constantly with raises. I probably ended up about 20BBs or more, although a couple of the fish were still showing a profit after 150+ hands.

So there's another $50 bonus (at which point I start to realise ..oh its only $50 .. but then again .. better than nothing!), and all I had to do was fire off an email to their support. It should be credited in the next couple days when I will add it to my bankroll.
So all in all, even with the disappointing tourney result, not a bad little session.

Got up at 5.15, but was able to concentrate okay. Actually had a speculative hand or two early, that just didn't pay off. A3s limped in 6 ways flopped my flush draw. Obviously missed by the river, although an A on the turn gave me a small hope.
About 3 other similar hands where I started with a strong holding and flopped either a draw or nothing lead me to being down to 1.3k chips from the starting 2.5k. I then managed to steal a few blinds or win pots with good cbets to get back to a bit above my starting stack.
At about the 40/80 level (somethin like that anyways) after an hour I even managed to luck box a double up with my 99 versus QQ with my 9 flopping sweetly. Patience is a virtue on the poker table
I managed to play an unusually large 4 hours over the weekend, which is quite a lot for me these days. A one and a half hour session was driven by a raketherake freeroll this morning so that gave me the chance to multitable a few cash games at the same time.
In my one and a half hour session on the Saturday, my bankroll literally did not move. I think the biggest swing would have been about 5BBs, and that's with 4 tables open at the same time, mixed between $1/2, $2/4 and $3/6, and all of which I had position on a pretty big fish. Thank god for rakeback or it would have been a complete waste of time. As it is, i've probably made a decent chunk of rakeback out of it. (And am not far from clearing my 30 pound bonus on interpoker).
On one table the player to my left was running at 65%/0%/0.3/45% ... so basically a huge fish. The player to his left was running at 96%/4%/.2/60% - a super massive fish, about as big as you can get. However, in 100 hands, the 96%/4% guy also had a W$SD of 60%. She basically won over half of the hands played for 100 hands solid. She ended up about 80BB/100. It was interesting to hear in the table talk that even though she was up about $150 ($1/2 table), she was actually down $600 for the day - not really surprising to be honest. I ended up actually down a couple BBs by the time the two fish left which was disappointing, but that's poker - sometimes the fish do win over a fair sample of hands. I guess it could have been a lot worse, but the guy to my immediate left donated a fair few BBs to me, even after the player before him kept on sucking out.
My first hour on Sunday was almost the exact opposite. Although I still had good position on a couple of fish, these were more aggressive than the day before. Add on me flopping the nuts or turning the nuts, and these guys are reraising and capping the flop and turn, I found myself up a good 60BBs, mainly across the $1/2 and $2/4 tables. Obviously I lost a few pretty big pots versus their aggressiveness when they did hit, but they paid me off at least a couple 25BB pots. Interestingly I was at a very low VPIP of around 21%, so I guess my patience in waiting for the right spots was actually paying off. At the same time, this result actually put my play at Bodog back into the green, so i'm actually showing a very small, but positive BB/100. Interpoker also continues to improve.
The cash tables when I played the freeroll were back to Saturday's form. I did managed to start off in front a few BBs but basically just didn't get anywhere. I had a couple great tables going, but a few nasty suck outs and any profit quickly evaporated.

I'm in the CO with 88, and there is one limper from middle position. I shove and get called by the super short stack buttong, and also SB who has a stack of 6k with AKo. Flop included an A, and supershortstack was holding one of my 8 outs, and its goodbye to me. So about an hour and a half for nothing. At least I earnt a bit of rakeback on my other 3 cash tables whilst playing it though! I really should read some poker theory on how to play tourneys. Maybe shoving at that stage is not the right play at all. The chip leaders at the time only had about 15k though so i'd have been right back in it if i'd held up.

Some freeroll success
Ended up entering 4 freerolls on the weekend, 3 of which I crashed and burned relatively quickly to the usual nasty beats - AK v A4 in one and AKs v 56s in another. But that's life. In the 4th I ended up playing for about three hours to cash about $200 so all in all not a bad exercise, since I didn't even risk any of my own money.
The better one's were the affiliate sponsored freerolls. I looked at a few site one's but a $250 prize pool for 200 entrants seems like a complete waste of time.
On the side I played cash tables on Bodog, and Party. I am still running super cold on Bodog with a W$SD of 47% after almost 11,000 hands now and that session cost me another 40BBs! That has cost me probably around 2BB/100, maybe even slightly more, which in 11,000 hands adds up to quite a lot! Luckily Party offset the loss as one of the $2/4 tables paid me off for about 25BBs.

One hand can make the difference
Well the difference between having a winning and losing session.
When I thought about this post it was after i'd had a 1 hour session at $2/4 on fulltilt and started off badly with some horrible beats but I gradually worked my way back, including winning one 20BB pot when my pocket 3s flopped a set.
Thing is, I ended up about $50 for the session of about 200 hands. If i'd lost with that set, i'd actually have recorded a negative session. I guess that's why variance occurs and I often do have negative sessions or tables, as my edge is actually relatively small.
Having said that, I then put in a 2 hour session - jeez i'm racking up the hours this month come to think of it. And in that session I managed a fair heater, playing a fair chunk of $1/2 on bodog and again a heap on Fulltilt $2/4. I think I ended up around 60BBs without actually ever being down for the session. That being said, it was fairly swingy, as I was seated to the left of a maniac on two of the tables I had open. One was running at 90%/85% ... and the other at around 90%/60%. I did donate to them a few times, as I quickly realised that even if you had a single pair it was worth calling the river, but they also paid me off with complete air that they's raised every street on more than a couple occasions.
Also played in the freeroll again, although don't know if I will bother any more. My late tourney game sux I think. Admitedly I havent actually read either of the harrington books so it serves myself right. I made it into the top 10 and had about a 8BB stack when there were two limpers and me on the button looking at As8s. I decided to push all in hoping to steal the limpers and blinds which were a decent chunk of my stack. Unfortunately both limpers called showing 77 and KJo and the board missed everyone booting me out of the tourney. I suspect in hindsight I should have waited for a better spot ... but i'm not absolutely sure of that. Maybe I should do some reading ....

small update
Just checked my mail - I just squeaked into the money on Cake poker for $15 ... still disappointed but better than nothing!!!
Also forgot to mention, Party gave me $10 to play with as well. I managed to bank $50 before I lost the $10 that was restricted. Two thumbs up to party for giving away free money :)

Back from my break
Got back on the weekend and was able to put in a few hours on the tables.
Cleared my Pokerroom bonuses, so that was a quick $210 boost all up, although had a bit of a dark day at the tables, when I continued to be 2 outered more than enough times for it to be memorable as abnormal.
I also finally started up on ipoker to see how that deal there would work out. Have to say it started horribly with a super quick loss of 50BBs on the $2/$4 limit tables. Whilst it was annoying, there wasn't much I could do about it. I was playing well, and just not getting anything. My WTSD was around 28% and my W$SD was showing around 25%. Had the 2nd nuts a few times which didn't help the bankroll at all.
Fortunately I was able to find some quite fishy players, and a couple maniacs, who managed to donate all of that back to me, and then another 20BBs. So i'm currently up after around 600 hands on the ipoker network.
I also entered a cake $15,000 freeroll using goldcards this morning. Around 950 runners, and I found myself on an average stack size of $11k in about 120th with about 230 players left, and 130 of those being paid. Unfortunately my holidays are over so I had to go to work, and sit out for the rest of the tourney. I wonder if i made the money ... will check tonight when i get home. Oh well!
Before I forget, what I do need to check though is the rake on ipoker. On face value it appears to be MUCH higher than fulltilt. Will have to check pokertracker.

Cleared my Pokerroom bonuses, so that was a quick $210 boost all up, although had a bit of a dark day at the tables, when I continued to be 2 outered more than enough times for it to be memorable as abnormal.
I also finally started up on ipoker to see how that deal there would work out. Have to say it started horribly with a super quick loss of 50BBs on the $2/$4 limit tables. Whilst it was annoying, there wasn't much I could do about it. I was playing well, and just not getting anything. My WTSD was around 28% and my W$SD was showing around 25%. Had the 2nd nuts a few times which didn't help the bankroll at all.
Fortunately I was able to find some quite fishy players, and a couple maniacs, who managed to donate all of that back to me, and then another 20BBs. So i'm currently up after around 600 hands on the ipoker network.
I also entered a cake $15,000 freeroll using goldcards this morning. Around 950 runners, and I found myself on an average stack size of $11k in about 120th with about 230 players left, and 130 of those being paid. Unfortunately my holidays are over so I had to go to work, and sit out for the rest of the tourney. I wonder if i made the money ... will check tonight when i get home. Oh well!
Before I forget, what I do need to check though is the rake on ipoker. On face value it appears to be MUCH higher than fulltilt. Will have to check pokertracker.

March summary
A few more fish on Cake last night enabled me to increase my bankroll a little further since my last post. It wasn't looking good when I was down 10BBs for a fair while, and then went to 15BBs before I finally hit a 2nd nut flush to take a 20BB pot, followed by another 10BB pot the very next hand with top 2 pair. Won a small amount on Pokerstars as I still have the $50 bonus to clear there as well, however the play there was much more aggressive. Luckily a couple times I really did have a good hand, and they paid me off.
March turned into my best month to date, beating February by a whole $50. I believe however, I played for considerably less time - less than 25 hours for the month. For the end of the month my bankroll made it to $5,750 which was a gain of $1,400 for the month. That was made up of:
Bonuses: $447.50
Playing a lot more of 2/4 (and still a bit of 1/2, although mainly on William Hill) has allowed me to increase the amount of bonuses I am clearing and increase the amount of rakeback I am receivin even though i've played fewer hours . Still nowhere near enough hands to tell if I am a long term winner at 2/4, but I am very comfortable playing there now, and have shown pretty good results to date.
I did manage to cash in the Fulltilt freeroll, however, should have done a lot better when i went out with a stupid hand. Chalk that up to experience i guess.
For April the goals in order of priority are:

Variance
Variance can be fairly annoying when its running against you to say the least. I think that right after my last post, I managed to quickly drop 60 big bets on an extremely fishy table. Nothing possibly went right, and out of the first 100 hands I had won 3. I was 3 tabling at the time and 2 were big losers, and the other was up 25BBs. At worst I think I managed to be down about $240, which is fairly large at my current stakes.
I am of course assuming that I am a winning player in the long run, and that losing is not the norm! I'm reasonably confident though that it was just a small blip where I just could not hit a draw, and my opponents managed to hit every single draw. (I even managed to lose with my KK to 42o) Anyways it wasn't a good day.
However, last weekend was the freeroll weekend for one of my rakeback providers - Thisisthenuts - feel free to ask me for a referral code :)
I entered in the Cake and Full Tilt free rolls, and managed to cash in both for about $200. I was a little disappointed with my performance in Fulltilt, as I had an average stack but went out making a poor bluff before getting higher in the money. I think the excitement of making the money kinda put me off my game a little and i lost concentration. Oh well, I will remember the experience for next time and hopefully improve.
With respect to the double up SNGs, i've also had a bit of a poor run. I've been getting my money in relatively well, but have had a few nasty suck outs. I'm running about even over the last 10 or so, where i've managed to win a few of the larger ones (being 10 pounds for me at the moment so still only small!) whilst losing a bunch of smaller ones.
The cash games also improved slightly over the last few days, so i'm actually up since my last post. I played a fair bit of 1/2 and 2/4. Did my first little dabble into 3/6 where I saw what I thought was a loose table. I was right, however, got 2 outered on the river twice and ended up losing a little on the table, however, only played there for half an hour or so.
